Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will refund the full amount of your purchase. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue (such as photos), and we will process your refund promptly.

Returns for Other Reasons

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase but the product is not damaged or defective, you may still return it to us for a full refund. In this case, the product must be sent back to our warehouse in China in its original condition and packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order through our store.
